I've just started 200mg spiro and 4mg estrofem this week. From what research i've done i figure on expecting results from the spiro within a week or two, and estrofem in one to three months. I knoiw everyone is different, but i have yet to see a week to week timeline with physical and psychological effects of both. Can anyone help me? Second, is there anyone in the Philadelphia area who I can meet for peer support one on one. I've met in a group reccomended by the Mazzoni center and it didnt really suit me.

One week is insufficient to get any results as the testosterone has a long half life. Two to three weeks is more like it and that may be to short of time frame. Now the estrogen your nipples should become more sensitive within one to two weeks, and depending on your testosterone levels and estrogen sensitivity breast development should start from two to four weeks and once you have breast grown (not swelling) it becomes permanent. Between six months to two years the breast growth reaches your final breast size, unless you are unlucky and are overly sensitive to estrogen then you will have to stop taking estrogen or develop gigantomastia.
