Question about Estro and Spiro effects/dosage

Well, I'm thinking about starting, but I still am unsure about the regimen I want. So, I'm wondering if anyone would be able to answer my questions about these plans.
Goal: Lower T gradually, possible partial feminization
Plan 1: 2mg Estrofem daily
Plan 2: 100mg Spiro daily
Would they be effective dosages over time, and how soon would the intended effects take to kick in?
Now, I'm thinking about using these as a starting dosage for at least several months. I'm not looking for rapid effects, just gradual effects are fine.
And I'm sorry if these are stupid questions, I just didn't notice anything answering these specifically.

You might want to double that spironolactone dose for the first two or three weeks. Take 100 mg morning and another 100mg evening. 2 mg of Estrofem daily is a nice slow start, and it can definitely feminize your body over time. Don't expect to notice anything for the first three to six months, except maybe breast buds forming behind your nipples. That's the one thing estrogen is really good for, building breasts.

Look here:

In addition to that my ejaculate became less in quality and quantity over a few days. It dribbles/oozes rather than shoots out and sometimes the timing was off of actual climax. That varied over the first few days/week. Nipples became erect all the time after about 1 week.

Well, I was actually wondering on the effectiveness of taking just one or the other to start, instead of both simultaneously.

Of course you can do one without the other. One of the biggest factors is that balance of dosage vs time. For optimum effect one needs to calculate the dosage with the least risk of side effect and then factor in time. But given enough time even small doses will bring about the effects. I have read in several places that taking an anti androgen is helpful in jumpstarting the effects of estrogen, and allowing for lower doses of it. But also that over a few months time one can taper off the anti andorgens because the estrogen is taking up the receptors that the T was attaching to. Thus if one is taking just E, over time it will overpower the T by simply playing a game of musical chairs with the receptors. The end result is similar to actually lowering the T itself.
In my personal experience I took just E for about 6 months. My dosage was just a bit more than the 2mg you plan on, I was on patches and it was equal to about 4mg a day. After about three months I got my breast buds and at around the same time I noticed a change in my libido ect. At the end of the 6 months I developed some small breasts which I still have even though I am currently off E. The effects happen very very slowly and being consistant is really important. I am going to be getting my orchi from Dr A in the near future and will be going back on E long term.
If you feel you only want to take one or the other I would recommend that you take the E. and consider going to 2mg in the morning and 2 mg at night. The effects come on very very slowly and gives you lots of time to access if you like it or not. It is a very gentle process and one worth experiencing.
