That are almost identical dosages and experiences that I had when I started over a year ago. Except that my semen got almost clear in the first days. Next thing I noticed were stiff nipples. Keep us updated.

One week is too soon for any noticeable fiscal changes but you should start noticing sensitive nipples. The spiro is causing the "So far I'm pissing a lot," You need to monitor your Potassium levels when using spiro.

Great so far. No complications whatsoever except feeling dizzy sometimes in the first week due to dehydration probably because of the spiro. The frequent urinating should decrease after a few months. At least for me that was the case. When I went on 200mg spiro and 6mg progynova my libido really dropped down: no sexual thoughts, no erections, limp climax, minimal to zero ejaculate.

Since I added microgest that improved and I am somewhat sexually active. My Penis and Balls shrunk quite a bit, sexual orientation also shifted a more torwards men (i always was bi).

also, are you still living as a man? how has your family reacted? those seem like they are hard to hide

I'm living fulltime for 8 months. In the beginning I had great doubts about self-medding and telling my parents but I'm now seeing a therapist and although I didn't live with them anymore they knew something was up (when they didn't see me frequently that made it even worse) But you can hide pretty much anything with clothing, binding etc. You will get comments like "you look very young for your age" but as long as you don't style yourself feminine few people will approach you about it.

With the help of my therapist I first told it to my mother who took it better than I excpected and together we told it my father (I think he tries to ignore/forget about it when he doesn't see me) and my sister and my brother who help me alot. In my country it's possible to get prescribed hrt and together with my therapist and endocrinologist I'm thinking about switching meds to gel. Not sure about taking spiro along with it. They say i my case I probably can omit a t-blocker.
