To use an elastrator for castration is it possible to do this at home without having to go to the hospital at some point? Can you leave on long enough where the scrotum can be removed without extensive bleeding and other complications?

I do have an Elastrator.

But I use it only for castration play.

I´d never use it for real.

There are to many risks!

I don't believe I have yet seen an example of an elastrator being used without a trip to the hospital at one point or the other. Just not a good idea, leaving a rotting piece of flesh attached to your body. Anyway just my thoughts.

In a word, NO

At the top right side of this page you'll see a search box. Type "elastrator" and you'll be taken to many pages describing why you don't want to use your toy for anything more than play (and even that can be dangerous). Play safe!

On BME persons have claimed to successfully used an Elastrator. In all cases they said there was major pain involved.

Please understand most will not be able to complete the castration using an elastrator without problems, in fact most will cut off the band due to the pain well before damaging the testicles.

castr8edmale is one of only two men who actually castrated themselves with an elastrator. It was not pretty.

I have been playing with my elastrator for many years now and the thrill when the band snaps off the prongs round my scrotum is still imense. I never leave a band on for more than 20 minutes even in that time the balls go very cold and the skin very dark. Then the pain starts to become very intense. I think i have done some damage over the years but I am not worried. Also sometime stick small needles in to the captured testicles and watch some of the juice flow out the end of the needles. A great thrill fantastic play but not a way to castrate yourself. Have fun. Andy
