It has been less than two months since the process of editing and reformatting the Fiction Archive began. In that short time our coterie of volunteer editors has completed 1,705 stories. If they keep it up at this blazing rate (which I doubt they can sustain without burning out), the Archive would be restored in just under a year. It's a massive undertaking and they certainly deserve our appreciation for a job well done.

I think there are currently a little over 400 stories waiting to be transferred to the new archive. We seem to be picking up the pace.

That number is just what seems to have been edited just since the last upload.

Thanks all for your hard work. I just tried to find my story then and realised that the archive is not there. But many on here will appreciate that it is not too far away.
