Should be "Castrating a Rooster results in a Capon which is

rather tasty.

Come to think of it, I don't believe I've ever had a capon. Where can I get one?

Andrew,

You may have had several of them and not known the difference. If they were castrated as young chickens, I would think that they would be just like hens except that they never produced any eggs.
