Tunica Vaginalis not pulling up

Got a little problem..
I have loved this site since my teen years, and I have banded my balls with lighter hair bands and worn my foreskin retracted a "few" times since that, and I have always tried not to cause any damage. I have to admit though that some times they have been banded for a longer time, like 15 mins or maybe even longer, and I have felt a great tingling feeling in them, but then removed the band.
I'm not sure exactly when, maybe about one year ago, so last fall, I noticed that my left testicle was much smaller than my right, and it had never been like that before, it had just suddenly become like that! I feared that it was dying, and I regretted banding them at all, and hoped it wasn't my own fault.. you know.
My left nut has grown larger, now somewhat the same size as the right again, though still a bit smaller, but there's still another problem:
It doesn't lift up close to my body when I ejaculate, like the other one does! What has happened?? I need to find out if it's still working or not. I seriously hope it still works, even without the tunica vaginalis pulling it up during orgasm.
Last night it really dawned on me, how I now gotta be real careful with my balls, or .. remaining ball.. I get it why we have two to begin with!
Does anybody have any experience or knowledge? Please, some help would be greatly appreciated.
