I'm wondering if anyone has injected elthyl alcohol into the penis or glans, what was the results and was the results what you were looking for?

Given the effects on the testes - shrinking, hardening, failure to produce "their stuff" and some pain, I would imagine that it would do the same thing to the penis, but in more localized areas of injection that would require medical intervention. You're talking about an organ with many more veins, arteries, and overall better and more circulation than the testicles, which would logically lead to a much better chance of infection and/or necrotic tissues being spread throughout the body.

Paolo is correct. The penis is a VERY different physiology from the testicles, with a tremendous number of blood vessels. The corpus cavernosum are spongy tissue designed to contain large amounts of blood during erections, and drain after orgasm. Injecting ethanol into these structures would rapidly induce a large amount of soft tissue necrosis, probably hurt like a motherfarker, and promote tissue and blood infections in the long run.

I have been injecting 100 proof vodka into my penis off and on for about a year. I started out just randomly injecting around the shaft, but decided to purchase a tens unit to help me locate the nerves. I won't go into detail about all of the mechanics involved with that. I followed the procedure for a dorsal nerve block and I've successfully killed all sensation to my penis... It's been numb for about 2 months? I don't necessarily have hard lumps in my shaft, but I do have some plaque build up which has caused my shaft to bend to the left... I will say that I know i've been lucky, your penis is apart of your body, when you inject into it you are essentially injecting into your entire system, so be mindful of that... My penis is now darker in color, bent, and just ugly... It has also shrunk. I still get hard... it's a tough little fellow. I've learned that stimulation, least for me, is just as much psychological as physical. So all of my thinking that if I destroy all sensation in my penis would prevent me from ever having an orgasm with it was totally wrong. I can also still achieve orgasm, it actually feels better now than when I had full sensation. It's the sensation in my urethra that pushes me to orgasm... It's gone from just over 5" to right at 4". But i'm happy with that. I hit lots of blood vessels, had some pretty nasty looking blood bruises, have spent many hours and nights worried sick about so things that could have gone wrong. I've been lucky... So far... It hurts pretty bad when you inject it. The nerves burn when the alcohol hits them. Feels like you're pouring rubbing alcohol onto an open wound, lots of open wounds... There's so many things that can go wrong, so just because i did it and was ok with it doesn't mean you will be... So think about it before you do it.

The topic here reminds me of a story idea my husband had for us to write together for the Archive, but we never got around to it. The idea is that a man's wife has caught him in adultery, and to punish him, she bands his penis and injects liquid drain cleaner. She then explains that if he takes the band off, the drain cleaner will be in his blood stream and will kill him, but if he doesn't take the band off, the lack of circulation will kill his penis while the drain cleaner slowly dissolves it from the inside. He's then left with a difficult choice. An interesting premise. Wish we had more time to develop it.
