I logged in but after I pressed yes, I'm old enough I got the "you didn't press yes" message. WTF? I'm using Firefox. Is this a browser specific problem or what?

There is a box you need to place a check mark in before pressing the button. If you'll try again, I think you'll find the box you forgot to check.

If you're using NoScript in Firefox, then "allow eunuch.org" and allow "eunuchworld.org". Otherwise, you won't get in, and yes, you have to check the "yes" box.

It would be nice, if the stories were labeled if they were gay or straight, such as they used to be.
now I tend to not bother to look.

It is an entirely new story archive. A lot of parts are being tested right now. Be a little patient.
As time goes on, new parts and functionality will be added to the layout. It is better that the stories are back at all, than not at all.
If you wish, you can click on a story, and when it opens, the category is listed in the top right hand side. Also, before you open a file, if you hover your pointer over the name of the story, you'll get a brief description of what to expect. You DO have ways to find what you want. Feel free to poke around those stories. Some of the ones uploaded were unreadable before in the old archive. Some of those are amazing lost gems, well worth the read.
Trust me, everything you could want from a story archive, is probably coming pretty soon. It will be worth the wait.

Thanks to all who responded. I didn't see the little box you needed to click in the kind of smashed-together representation of words that appeared in my browser, but when I clicked on it I was able to see the stories.
I like the innovation of story ratings but there should be somewhere we can access that information to know the rating of a story before we read it, otherwise, what is the point? There should be separate pages showing most read/highest rated stories.
As an author, I hope the hit counter is reintroduced. Even if you didn't get any feedback via the forum or direct emails you could get some affirmation from knowing people were clicking on your stories. Without that I don't know that I'd bother submitting a story to the archive again, and one of my stories still has three parts to go.
I might be a little bitter that my stories haven't yet reappeared, but I'm not holding that against you. I think the new format looks fabulous. But I would like more information readily displayed.

Send talula a PM and get the statistics in that crazy "programmer lingo" from him, so that you can get busy writing up the software for that. I'm sure he'll enjoy having the help.

The new archive looks very nice. I can't wait to see all the stories back in it, including my own. In the meantime, keep up the good work, and thanks.

I'm grateful for all the fine work of archive administrators and volunteers. Sorry if I came across as an ingrate. My intent was to offer suggestions for features I thought would be useful for writers and readers, not to gripe about the lack of them at this moment. Programming is well outside my skill set, so I'll just STFU now.
