I know a young man that wants to be castrated but I think he is to young and that castration may not give him what he is looking for. He want to not be able to have any erection or be able to ejaculate he is a gay total bottom. Can he take Androcur and Tarmoxifen and try it out and if he don't like it get off with out any side affects? How long can he take them and still go back to what he was before?

Re: A few questions
Androcur, with or without tamoxifen, kills sex drive, not just ability to get erections. He would have little or no desire for sex of any sort once these drugs kick in.

Re: A few questions
Well both drugs are supposed to be reversible. I know I've taken Tamoxifen and similar SERMs for over 10 years and seem to be doing fine. Oral drugs of any sort can stress the liver, so you need to have liver function monitored and should refrain from drinking or other liver-stressing medications or drugs while on them.
I think, like mentioned by HumanFly, that he might be disappointed that once his ability to get erections and ejaculate is diminished that he might also lose interest in being active as a bottom. But I don't think it hurts to try -- the effects will be apparent within a few months, and should be reversible.

There are plenty of experiences of people taking Androcur on here, you should check out those threads. Also, just look up the medical info for Androcur and it will explain all that.
Anyway, for most hormonal drugs it takes some weeks for the drug itself to build up to a steady level in your system and a bit further time for the body to fully react in terms of shutting down the testosterone. Most should be in full effect within a month. Yes your balls will shrink while on most castration type drugs. Yes, it is supposed to be fully reversible and they should go back to normal although there is some evidence that long term use might not be fully reversible. I'd really worry more about your liver than your balls when taking these medications, the liver is where you can get permanent damage and liver damage can actually kill you (whereas testicle damage might actually make you live longer).
In any case, I'm not convinced this is the right thing for you as the idea of temporary castration is misguided. Either you want to be castrated or you don't. If you want to be a horny guy without erections, then these drugs won't do that -- instead they'll make you a castrated guy without erections. Most people who go for Androcur are wanting to either eliminate sex in their life, or using it together with Estrogen in order to transition to female.

Re: A few questions
It is possible to ejaculate without erection. When I was on chem castration, I've experienced this many times while being fisted, I'd masturbate with my cock completely soft and I'd get an orgasm and ejacutate, this is not to be mistaken with milking.

Just remember long term the effects of Androcur use are not reversible, and the time period varies greatly from person to person. For some after 6 months or less there are some non-reversible effects. The longer it is taken the chance of non-reversible effects increases. If there is not anti-estrogen meds taken on androcur there is a chance of femization, and any breast tissue growth will not go away.
