No 1 and 2 look as if that guy could have lost his life, but no way to know.
Guys with bent dicks can have an operation to fix them and they will strip the skin back so they can operate.
If someone was going to have a complete root canal taking all the skin off then opening up a hole just above the anus and the entire dick could be extracted and removed without even affecting the balls and scrotum. Just sew up the penis skin, don't remove it, and it would leave the patient with sensitive penis skin, without of course the penis. There would be no stub. Or a prosthetic penis could be put inside the penis skin, with much more work, and expense . You got the money, some doctor somewhere can do just about anything in genital cosmetic surgery.
