Okay I want to do some genital mods to my penis but I can't decide whether I want a full meatotomy or a prince albert piercing I think it would be cool to have metal in my dick but idk cuz I like sounding I have a partial meato about 1cm down my dick Doesn't spray that much not enough for me to have to sit down.

I suggest getting the prince albert first-

The prince albert will create a hole and allow the skin to heal around the jewelry you insert into it. That'll become permanant and will allow a meatotomy to stay open should you decide to go that route in the future.

On the other hand, if you just get a meatotomy right now, most of it will heal shut and you will have to recut to keep it open where you want it to be. This is what I'm going through right now.
