It's a very good video, clearly showing the incision through the scrotum and cremaster muscle, then of the various layers of the tunica vaginalis surrounding the testicle. Of much importance is the double ligation of the spermatic cord. The repetitive, loud, overly dramatic music is completely unnecessary, however. I suggest you mute the video before pressing Play.

Hello everyone. Yes this is a nice video, one of the better castration vids. But it has been around for a few years now. It is over on Malebodymods.com now (castration symphony)but that is a very grainy copy because it is a copy of a copy. I know the people in the video. Couple of things everyone should know: one, it is highly edited, there was more blood than shown, they kept it cleaned up. two the owners had no intention of the video going viral on the net. Like many things posted on the internet they lost control of the video. I will say all parties were happy with the results of the activity in the video. OH the music on the original is much better. Unchained Melody as I remember.
