I am looking for practical ideas of passive resistance, like inviting my mechanic not to make an invoice and paying him in cash or offering to pay bills in U.S. Silver coin or U.S. Paper.
Ideas to promote passive resistance appreciated. For example, energy conservation allows "them" to build more consumers on the same energy infrastructure. I say use as much energy and water as you can afford as an expression of growth control. I talked my neighbor out of "photovoltaic", yes I did by this logic. Passive resistance. We can do it.

How far can you be pushed?
How about we repeal the A.D.A. for the sake of helping small business? Small businesses as small as "X" should not have to accommodate some 500 pound quadriplegic on a ventilator who may happen to visit. Clint Eastwood and I agree on some of these points. Clint was mayor and owner of a small establishment in the Monterrey Bay area.
90% of "us" should feel a sense of "rage" today. Is it a lack of "rage receptors" like being born without eyes and light?

As ever, seeking ideas how to rage against the system.
Disabled people and people with disabilities may perchance be usefully sorted into two bunches.
One bunch has a disability the other does not have. I would guess (guesses are often wrong) that the larger group of disabled has the most limiting disability of all, for their disability rules out their being able to understand their disability.
I find, after duly diligent effort, that I am disabled in the sense of the ADA, and, as a small businessman (sole employee of a sole proprietor for over 60 years), I find that the ADA has been essential for my being able to remain in business. My small business would, I am guessing, have been totally wiped out without the protections for small businesses found only within the ADA.
As a real small business person, I protest the absurdity of the notion of ADA being harmful to a small business such as I have been able to operate since 1950.
I am in the process of relocating my place of business. When the relocation is finished (I plan to live long enough to finish it), I expect to have reasonable accommodation in place for people less than 14 feet tall and weighing less than 10,000 pounds whose wheel chair is less than 10 feet wide and uses less than 18 wheels.
In my world view (weltanschauung), I need to accommodate the most disable people of all, those whose main disability is of tragic inability to accurately recognize their disability, which is their inability to recognize accurately their disability.
Being alive is the ultimate disability; I rejoice that I am a member of the bunch of humanity (all of us) who are disabled and/or who have a serious disability.
Sometimes, a disability has a remedy.
I am less disabled than I used to be. No colon (rectal stump is not colon in my definition book) means no colon cancer risk disability. No testicles means no testicular cancer risk disability.
I remain at a loss as to how to correct the disability (in the lives of those who have this most-tragic-of-all disabilities) of being unable to accurately understand the inescapable fact that every human being is disabled and/or has a disabilty.
The whole of America is suffering now from a terrible disease that threatens our livelihood and indeed our very existence. Come next election time it will be excised... 84% of America agrees.
