Castration-friendly free hosting?

There is not any serious Spanish-language castration website. :-/ The only one I have found is years old and seems abandoned, full of ads and malware.

I would like to create a site in this language, but I don't know where to host it. Does anyone please know of any castration-friendly (or at least not castration-hysterical) hosting service, preferably free (I don't have a budget!)?

Thank you very much, Sduyck, but this is precisely what I don't want to do. I don't want to be hidden and having nightmares with all my work being deleted any day. That's because I asked for 'friendly' hosting.

finding what you are looking for cost huge dollars or is impossible
