is dr fara the 'current dr kimmel'? does he do orchiectomy on demand without any letters being provided? and how much does his service cost? $5k is it? and surely he does provide service for non-us customers? do you know how i can contact him? i'm not in a hurry or anything but it'd be nice to have this info ready since there shouldn't be more than a few months until i have the money.

If Dr. Fara is a new Kimmel, I would please ask that anyone considering using these services do the broader eunuch community a favor and NOT contact the doctor until you are definitely sure you will be using their services in the near term.

I'm not saying everyone would be a pest to the doctor, it would just be a good idea if anyone considering using their services keeps contact to that which is necessary to achieve their own safe castration so the broader community does not lose this valuable resource by making the doctor feel as if they are there for others amusement.

Dr. Fara is certainly a worthy successor to Dr. Kimmel and in that he does not require psychiatric clearance letters, which by the way are not all that hard to get, but will cost a few hundred dollars each to achieve. One really needs to be quite frank and straight forward when dealing with those involved in your quest. They have heard it all as the saying goes.

I had Dr. Fara castrate me and he does it in a sterile hospital setting which bumps up the cost, which I think now is about $5K. I know the doctor and the staff and they can ferret out the phoneys pretty quickly, so as Losethem says don't bother them until you are serious and getting close. The doctor will meet with you the day before surgery and discuss your motives and apparent health on a face to face basis.
