Libido Question

My question is for those who are either castrated or similarly androgen deprived but first a quick background:
I am 24 years old
In august of 2010 I started Spironolactone(50mg twice a day), in mid october switched to Siterone(50mg twice a day), ran out of medicine in january and restarted again in mid feburary and been on Siterone since.
My Testosterone levels are as follows:
Saliva Test === 37 pg/ml (picograms per milliliter) Normal Range 44-148(Age dependent) per ZRT Laboratory with 44 being on the low end for an 85 year old. Also according to ZRT 16-55(Age dependent) is the normal range of testosterone in women.
Blood Test === 40 ng/dL (nanograms per deciliter) Normal Range 241-827 per my local clinic
My sex drive is mostly gone but I will still think about sex from time to time although the type of sex is different now. I can still get erections but no ejaculate save for a small dribble of clear fluid I surmise is prostate fluid.
My question is how is your libido?
