A link about calcium supplements
Since osteoprosis is (or certainly should be) the #1 health concern of non-HRT eunuchs as they age, you do need calcium supplemets, about 1,500 to 2,000 MG per day. Here is a link with some information that you might find helpful.

As another small note, in addition to taking calcium suppliments, you may want to consider adding a vitamin D suppliment as well. According to an osteoporosis website (http://www.osteoporosis.ca):
"Vitamin D is crucial to calcium absorption. In fact, it increases calcium absorption by as much as 30% to 80%. The Osteoporosis Society of Canada recommends that Canadian adults receive 400 IUs of vitamin D per day (older adults should receive between 400 and 800). "
In addition, eat well. There are several other minerals (manganese, copper, magnesium) that apparently help with bones as well. By eating a healthy, varied diet, you can get these minerals in large enough quantities to help. (Although a good multi-vitamin probably can't hurt)
IEunuch.

My current multi-vitamins and minerals tablet is Centrum Silver, which includes 400 IU vitamin D, plus the three minerals you mentioned. And thanks for the link.
