I know someone who was castrated by her. Went well. He had underlying prostate cancer (removed) as a possible threat.
He said the operation went well and she is a great MD.

Yes, I was castrated by Dr. Fara and HE did a wonderful job at a local hospital. You can do a search for him on Google. Dr. Fara Movagharnia

I think it makes sense that a plastic surgeon would be willing, because they are primarily in business of doing radical voluntary procedures. By definition a plastic surgeon is willing to do things that may be medically unnecessary but which will have a (hopefully) big improvement on the person's self image.

Thanks to all.
I'm gonna call either tomorrow or Thursday to talk to him.
His office is only about 30 miles from where I am staying.
My wife has said "we" can do the procedure in November on
the day of our 25th anniversary. Since she has had her
hysterectomy last year she has had no interest in sex.
She said she finally understands why I have wanted to
become a eunich for such a long time.

Dr. Movagharnia performs orchiectomy surgery at a local hospital under general anethesia in an operating room with full staff. A year ago the cost was $4K, if it is now $5K most of the increase is due to hospital costs. However it is safe, professional and sterile. No hassles. You do not want follow up problems. He has a very friendly staff and you are treated with respect. No need to travel around the world, just Atlanta GA.
