The Blog - Cassandra Logan - thumbs up

Post by dfinder (imported) »

I want to applaud Cassandra Logan for a spectacularly high-quality and compelling realistic story (set as a series of online threads or blogs). She has nailed the emotional aspects of the envisioned relationship and the changes the couple go through as they consider emasculation for the man. The female viewpoint conveyed is similarly compelling and convincing. In addition, Cassandra has obviously done her homework on the technical details, and a heckuva lot of online reading.

Erotically, I realize it won't be everyone's cup of tea, but that's because EA is a very diverse community of individuals with a broad range of erotic interests. Those who are familiar with stories I've written know I might suggest variations in some details or emphasis, but I'm not going to even suggest anything negative about this outstanding piece of story writing.

This is some of the best writing we've seen on EA. I hope we hear more from Cassandra in the near future. Her story rocks.

Best wishes,

Finder

I agree totally with dfinder. The Blog is one of the best written and most imaginative stories posted on EA in a very long time. Besides the good features already mentioned, I was impressed that the author effectively changed "voices" and realistically simulated blog threads and posts to the extent that the reader could suspend disbelief in spite of the disclaimer above the story text. Whether or not it was intentional, the occasional spelling error or word omission added to the authenticity of the literary device. In all likelihood Cassandra Logan is a nom de plume, but I would be interested in learning whether or not the author is truly female. Certainly the story captured a feminine perspective.

Indeed, this story won't appeal to all sensibilities, but EA is a laissez faire forum that carries on the inclusive spirit of Bboy, its founder and muse.
