Has anyone tried suing their Doctor for malpractice for NOT performing castration surgery on them? I can imagine someone being refused and then injuring themselves. Could they sue for damages and mental anguish?

Hell, if a person puts a piping hot McDonalds coffee between their legs while driving, then sue and WIN...why not sue for castration. Settle out of court for the surgery.

Make sure the jury is mostly women too LOL

Or am I being too naive? :)

Topically a Stretch

My friend was an Alter Boy in the late fifties.

I suggested he sue the Church because he was never molested leaving him with feelings of inferiority today.

What was wrong? Wasn't the kid cute enough?

He would not do it.

Moi

Keep on batting Batman :)

The problem is that you'd end up in the news. Local news always watch court cases, and I'm sure that would get picked up in a local story and then go national.

I personally am not the type of crusader that would be willing to go through that sort of public scrutiny in order to get castration.

It would take money for lawyers too. I hadn't thought about the publicity part, but then there are all kinds of trailblazers. I do wonder if the threat of a lawsuit in some cases would be enough.

I doubt if sueing for not doing an elective surgery would get very far. But, one never knows these days. Why not just go to a qualified surgeon who will do an elective orchiectomy? That's what I did.
