The first video is of Marco, who I've met, and his meat was as big as that. Had extensive surgery later to reduce it coz he found ordinary life very difficult. The guy Chris he refers to is real too, and there's a whole story about that as well, quite sad.

The guy in the shower is Greg, who is as big as that and has major issues with everyday life.

By the way, it is seriously freaky - I have a lot of silicone in my ballsack. I'm not as far gone as these guys, but I can't wear speedos in public with balls that are 16" around.

CambridgePaul - I believe you when you say you've got a large ball sack, but not 16 inch balls. You're not injecting your testicles with silicone, are you? If you did they would stop functioning and you'd quickly become eunuch. Silicone injected directly into the testicles would mess them up big time.

Well they were realy some size,but how do they cope in everyday life,lets face it you cant hide something that size in your underwear,and not have a huge bulge in the front.

We're talking circumference here — they're about 5 ins max diameter. Yepp — they do stick out a bit, but remember that your bod goes in a bit as well. My avatar was taken a while ago, before I went over the 1,000 cc point.

The silicone goes into my scrotum, not my remaining testis. There is still the risk of a silicone embolism. I wrote the piece on Tribe — nice to be quoted here

I've had silicone for over six years now, gradually getting more and more. Having a permanently full crotch is no big deal, and is great fun.
