The penectomy and nullification topic also comes up occasionally in my fantasies, but I'm not so serious about it, I guess. Most of the time I prefer another scenario: Some time after (consensual or forced) castration my penis starts shrinking - and several months later only a very tiny and insignificant piece is left - so there would be no need for penectomy...
