Complete inability to orgasm

What effect will it most likely have on my health, moods, personality etc? I've taken estrogen for 10 years, estrogen + orchi for the last five years. My sex drive is very low, although I can still perform and orgasm as and when the situation presents itself.

I don't feel any great need for sex, but I wonder what would happen to me going from the occasional orgasm to no more orgasms ever, following complete nullification? If I went down this route I wouldn't bother having an artificial clit constructed like is done with some barbie jobs. I'd want to go completely smooth.
