This will have the effect of draining blood from your body. The larger gauge needle you use, the more blood you will lose.

I would recommend against it. When your shaft collapses from lack of blood the needles could plunge into your urinary bladder if you prevent them from backing out.

I haven't checked back for a couple of days so I apologize for being tardy with this explanation.

First and foremost is the word WE. I do not do these things solo. Dear wife and I do them. Second, when we are going to do any play piercings where a lot of blood might be involved, I seal the hubs of the needles with epoxy and then re-sterilize them. (I have access to a properly certified autoclave.) Third, before doing something like this, I think I will inject some alprostadil. That will keep me hard throughout.

I do a lot of extreme stuff as well, but I would never pierce the erectile tissue of the penis shaft. Erections are created by high pressure in that tissue, and any weakness due to punctures or scars risks problems with erection and erectile deformity.

If you're like me, you probably combine other types of CBT play that may put other stresses on the penis. The combinations of piercing with bending, crushing, trampling, chasity binding, etc. is a bad idea.

Anyway, to avoid getting penis curvature I would refrain from anything that will weaken or create scarring in your erectile tissue.
