This poor fellow, who probably did not want to see the light of day, was all tied up in a knot. So it did not descend and an inguinal lap removal was necessary.
I would prefer to not have mine removed through the scrotum, but through the lower abdomen.
For those of you who have been so fortunate (or unfortunate depending on your objectives) How were yours removed, and would you choose to have it done differently, and why.

That was a fantastic video. I really enjoyed it. Too bad they could not reattached the ball after it was unknotted.

It brought back memories of my castration. Although it was draped off and I was anesthetized, I could occasionally smell the burning of the cautery. The smoke brought back that rather unpleasant smell. You wonder how it was possible to get knotted up like that?

I have had one done each way. Scrotally causes a lot more problems I think, scaring etc.
Inguinally hurts a hell of a lot more the first day though. After that it seemed easier.
For pain conditions inguinally is much better, I wish I had known that back in 2007 though

Both of mine were removed through the inguinal canal. I would not have had them removed through the scrotum UNLESS it was the only way I could have had it done.

Both of mine were "radical" i.e. through the inguial canal.
When the implants were placed some months later, they went in the same way.

Mine were removed through the scrotum with a 1 inch incision on each side under general anesthetic. Never had to take a pain pill and no sign of the incisions on either side. What could be easier and no flesh or muscle was cut. Don't understand the adversion to castration through the scrotum.

Did you get implants of the same size, larger, smaller?
Are they round like a golf ball, or oblong like the real thing?
Are they attached, or float around freely?
Are they hard, med hard, or squishy soft?
Are they same weight, lighter, heavier than originals?
Do they cause problems when going through airport security?
Any other advice on implants?
Sounds like a great idea, except for going through surgery twice.
Can't they do it all at the same time?
I think it would be so neat having big heavy replacements.
Almost turns me on, except nothing much arouses my sex drive now.

If and when mine come out I would sure like to keep them.
I guess if it is with a non-med source I could, but a med facility would not do that; they would probably slice and dice them, run biopsies, and then what, throw them down the garbage disposer? How sad, unless I could be there to watch it happen.

And then bill you for doing all that.
