As a eunuch, I have noticed several "slight" differences since my castration, which also includs the removal of most of my scrotum. I have about 10% of my scrotum left. Granted, I seldom orgasm or engage in sex anymore, but that's only been in the last year or two. So for what it's worth, here's my perspective. Others may disagree and that's fine, everyone's different. I wouldn't change a thing, I like being castrated, it was best for me, but if you're seeking castration, this might be beneficial information.

1 - Dartos Muscle: The dartos muscle is a layer of smooth muscle fibers in the subcutaneous tissue of the scrotum (surrounding the scrotum). This muscle is responsible for wrinkling up the scrotum, in conditions of cold weather, in order to maintain the correct temperature for spermatogenisis. Without my scrotum I no longer feel the sensation of it wrinkling or tightening when I'm close to orgasm. Actually, I didn't notice it that much when I had my scrotum, but without it, I can say that I miss that slight sensation.

2 - Cremaster Muscle: The cremaster muscle is a thin strand of skeletal muscle associated with the testes and spermatic cord. Without the cremaster I don't feel the testicles being drawn up nearer my body before orgasm, of course that's to be expected.

3 - Ejaculatory ducts/epididymis: I no longer feel or sense, however small, the sensation of ejaculation coming from my balls. When I was younger and intact, I remember that after ejaculation my balls would feel drained and sometimes ache. I do feel a build up somewhat in my prostate, but I really don't ejaculate. I dribble out the prostate fluid.

Though these things are missing, my orgasms are still pleasurable, though they take longer these days. I theorize that I orgasm more like a woman and that my penis responds more like a clitoris. I personally believe this is true for most eunuchs.

orgasm is completely different..it is much better...explosive ....breathtaking..mind blowing every time

the draw back is it takes much longer to attain..even using viagra it takes 30 minutes or more

the other change i am now totally into intercourse..before i was more into other things

my wife found a button to push that is a bit new ..she sinks her finger nails into the midline of my empty scrotum and pulls gently over and over..it can almost bring me over the top by itself

male sex was 2 or 3 times a day and over in 5 minutes tops..the act itself..i was a sperm factory..a breeding machine

eunuch sex for me is 2 to 4 times a month...if left to my own devises i would say 2 times a month...i am required to service my wifes needs which keep increasing as she gets older

i will take the viagra and make her happy without my finissing quite a few times a month...before castration this would make me crazy

i remember the draw up of the testicles during sex and the squeezing of the sperm from the testicles by the scrotum up into the body

i also remember the heavy acke in the testicles after a good unload

i dont remember the being so noisy when i was younger

my wife complains i will scare the wildlife as our neighbors are miles away and would not hear me

I was about to ask you the question. I've used anti androgen and now that I'm on TRT my orgasms have never been as strong as they were before and I don't cum as often either. Perhaps the age has something to do with it. We should ask younger eunuchs, 20 to 40 years old, on male hormones, if they noticed a change since theirs castration.

i think the intensity has something to do with shrinkage of the prostate

I think the question posed may be too broad. It's a blanket eunuch orgasm question without taking into account there are several different varieties of eunuch.

There is the Tugon type of eunuch that doesn't have a scrotum.

There is the Losethem type of eunuch that takes HRT and still has a scrotum.

There is an Sduyck type of eunuch that is seemingly not on HRT and has a scrotum. (am I wrong about the HRT?)

There is a transexual type of eunuch that is on female hormones instead of testosterone or nothing at all.

I would speculate the hormones have more to do with a eunuch sexual response and orgasm than anything else. So I think a response to this question will vary instead of being a one-size fits all approach.

In my case I'm on HRT and have everthing I had before minus my balls. My orgasms feel pretty much the same to me now as they did before I was castrated.

I still have a scrotum, damn has it shrunk in 5 years! And I'm on HRT.

I can feel a difference, and always have. The cremaster response is the most noticable thing. I used to feel them contract in the first year maybe after my testicles were removed, I wonder if they atrophy over time with nothing to pull against? Or maybe what we actually felt before we were cut was the testicles being compressed against...whatever.

Something is definitely different...but I'm not gonna complain! I'm just glad I can still feel something!

To add a few more words to the thread - I have no doubt that orgasm is much different now than it was while I still had testicles. The feeling is less intense now. I have a scrotum, I sometimes use HRT and sometimes I do not. My doctor says that my prostate is smaller and softer than she would expect for a man my age. --FLO--
