Let me try to help some. Castration has many effects on the body and mind. It changes sexual desires. It also effects muscle, strength, weight gain, body hair, skin. Emotions will change greatly. You can get depressed for some time. Could be long time. Bone loss is a real problem for a castrated male. Most that I know did get osteoporosis if they did not go on some hormones.

One of the major side effects of castration is loss of bone mass. Osteoporosis it the medical term for it.
