I am writing a story based on a minor theme.
Anyone interested in helping me make this the best story it can be?
- unikue.

If the story involves gay boys who are penectomized or nullified, I will help you.

The story involves boys that are nullified or castrated, but sexuality is not mentioned.

I can help with that.

I can help with that.
You are very welcome to borrow any ideas from my stories that might help with your own. However, might I respectfully suggest that you run any such proposals past Paolo (my friend and superior officer) to suggest that EA's rules about plagiarism are not breached in any way.
You say that "sexuality is not involved". Not sure I follow. If you discount any purely medical reasons for removing a pre-teen boy's testicles (e.g. disease or injury) then the other motives are: (1) to preserve his soprano voice (2) to preserve his boyish good looks (3) to make him incapable of having sex with girls (4) to curb over-exuberant high spirits (5) to make him amenable to becoming a passive sex partner. All of these involve sexuality to a greater or lesser degree, so what is the plot?

Plot?
I was wondering as well.
The post for help was a bit broad in nature.
Just keep in mind, boys don't say things like "I don't believe so."
They say things like "I don't think so!" when surprised.
If you don't have access to real boys to listen to, go and loiter about the mall and eavesdrop on their conversations. Nothing wrecks a story with a minor character like formal and proper dialogue.

As I hoped, Paolo is his usual positive and helpful self - I admire him.
I think I'd have problems with any situation where the little boy had his penis removed (I know it went on under the Chinese Empire but that doesn't make it less barbaric or sadistic.)
Having his testicles taken out and facing life as a eunuch is another matter altogether.

So, come on, Unicue69 - let's be having it!

He sent me the first draft of his story on 1/1/11. I sent my comments to him on the same day.
He sent me the second draft of his story on 1/4/11. It was substantially changed. I sent my comments to him on the same day.
I have not heard from him since. I hope that before he posts the story he sends it to me or to someone else who can comment on it. I also hope he posts his story fairly soon.

I see the story has been submitted, but it's been submitted twice. Without comparing it line by line, I can't see any difference. Are they both the same? If they aren't, which one do you want submitted? Normally, if two copies of the same story are submitted, I delete both. If I don't get a reply on the board or by pm, I'll delete both of these.
