I have my appointment with the urology clinic soon, and we are going to discuss what I expect when they do my scrotectomy. I have been scouring the net for good pictures to present. Do not think you will be able to just get a scrotectomy like that. Unless there is a medical reason to have it removed, most doctors will not just do it. Do not expect insurance will cover the procedure. Just my thoughts.

After I had my testicles removed, I waited three years to get my scrotum removed. I spoke with my urologist during a semi-annual visit. I asked about a plastic surgeon to get it removed. He checked me and said that he could do it. So, we set the date and I had it removed....no problem and it was paid for by insurance (Medicare and Tricare). No problem at all.

Thanks for the concern, but it is a done deal. There was already one attempt to do it. It will be re-done, but after the first attempt that the other urologist did, I want pictures to take with me so we are all on the same page. Thanks
