I know of several that went to him by appointment and he never showed. I dont know of anybody that he has cut.
Performing surgery without being a doctor is against the law in just about every country in the world. Cutters in this country tend to be very hush hush, you need to find a contact person who will most likely send you an application then you may or may not be contacted by the cutter usually using PGP encryption software.
Then we come to buzzy who openly says he is a cutter, I find this very hard to believe. buzzy is into fantasy no more. A real cutter if they do come to this site would never advertise the fact. There are cutters out there, if you read the posts and look do your research you will find what you are looking for.
If you find a cutter get references, ask the guys he has cut how there experience was, was there any problems if so what? You need to ask lots of questions and do a lot of reading not only on this site but I would also recommend BME extreme there are a lot of stories from guys that have been cut or close to it. You may find your answers there.
