There are a lot of people who like injecting SALINE to temporarily enlarge various parts of their bodies. "Silicon" should NEVER be injected.

There is also another phenomena where men digitally alter photos of other people for wanking purposes. You can usually detect these pictures if you look at the edges of what ever amazing appendage seems to be the point of the photo. These edges are invariably soft / blurry / fuzzy when compared to other parts of the picture. Note that if a photographer had taken that photo, he would have focussed on the penis and it would be the sharpest and clearest part of the picture.

Sure, go ahead and inject yourself with silicone anywhere you want. Just be prepared to go nullo in 10 to 15 years. That's what will likely end up happening to you. I know that would be a happy outcome for many here, but I know that most guys wanting the genitals enlarged would be disappointed and freaked out to end up losing them entirely when the Silicon starts cause tissue ulcerations.

I know the spirit of sarcasm that your statement represents but others might not see the sarcasm.

So to be perfectly blunt about it:

What Losethem is saying is that injecting silicon into your body will cause severe health problems. The least of those problems will be impotence and possibly destruction of the flesh around where you injected it. It will be painful, ugly and very harmful. If these pictures are true, these men are going to be cock and ball free in a relatively short period of time. That is ironic considering that in their quest to get huge genitals, they lost their genitals. These injections are destructive.

There really are guys that do this. In fact there are many doctors journals that talk about removing junk like vaseline, cooking oil, etc. that guys have injected under the skin and into the scrotum. I think I posted before a urology center in Korea that advertises that one of its services is removing stuff guys have injected. I personally have injected many ccs of analauric acid cream into both and both penis and scrotum are now quite lumpy. And as mentioned, injecting saline is fairly common S&M play.

So I think these pictures are mostly real. I know some may be photoshopped, but did you see the ones where the guy has a penectomy stump and then injected a ring around the stump? Stuff like that is usually real.

It is funny though when I see penis enlargement ads where they show a guy with some enormous penis and it is obviously shopped (like you can see that sections of the shaft repeat, etc.)

Anyway, I bet some of these pics are real and in any case I'm very sure that more than one guy has gone to the extremes depicted.

Here's the gen on this. Some of the pictures on that tribe (which is defunct as far as I can tell) are real (mine for instance, although it would have been nice to be asked!!) and some (those featuring young guys) are definitely photoshopped. I have over 1000 ccs of medical grade silicone in my scrotum which is encapsulated and bonded to the tissue inside. OK, removal would involve castration, but I'm more than half way there anyway, and still appear to have adequate T levels.

Why? you may ask. Here are my answers:

1) I've always fantasized about big balls, not that mine were undersized;

2) After testicular cancer 16 years ago I lost one testis and nearly lost the other along with my penis to a post-operative infection, leaving me, after corrective surgery and skin grafts with a tiny package;

3) After I had the all clear from the cancer and no more recalls, I decided to research what could be done to give me back a good basket, and found out about silicone, it's dangers and benefits;

4) The procedure was painless and simple and I regained the package I had lost; but

5) The real danger is the addictive nature of the process, I had a little bit more, and a little bit more until now my bulge is obvious in jeans or shorts, let alone lycra or swimwear.

The bulge does not create problems in everyday life, nor has it turned off bedmates of the male persuasion (I'm a gay dad). My sons are not exactly full of enthusiasm, but two are straight and one is bi. They find, like most young men, that the concept of dad as interested in sex desperately embarrassing and mildly disgusting.
