Breast growth requires estrogen which may or may not sterilize you. Bank it if it is important to you.

There are a few porn actresses who have had implants without taking hormones, but few plastic surgeons will do it without some estrogen induced breast development. And if you do take estrogen you may or may not regain fertility when you stop, so advice to bank sperm is the only really safe way. Though you have to be sure the people you are dealing with are reputable and are going to be around for a while.

This is anecdotal evidence based on one case, me.

I started HRT on premarin. No antiandrogen. Was up to a B cup when I ran out of $$$ and stopped hormones cold turkey. Six weeks later I started lactating. Several months after stopping my wife got pregnant.

Eventually could afford hormones again. For the next two years I was taking injectable synthetic estrogen. Ran out of money again. Was off for over a year and wife did not get pregnant.

Started HRT again for a couple years but had to stop when I lost yet another job. Had a six month supply of Premarin so I used it to avoid going cold turkey again. A couple months after I ran out wife got pregnant again. This was not on my list of things to do at age 49 and on estrogen for much of the previous 10 years but reality gets in the way of best laid plans some times.

In my case, and this is only one person's experience, if I was on Premarin when I stopped HRT, fertility returned. I was on estrogen between 11 and 12 of the last 16 years. I never lost the ability to achieve erection while on estrogen but sex drive was lower. A lot lower.

Just curious if your breast development receeded when you stopped the premarin or if they remained at that size?

I'd love to have some breast swelling but not to have a full bust,maybe even some small breast buds,but i dont think i would like to have full breasts well not yet anyway.

There are several things on the market, Saw Palmetto (mainly use re benign prostate enlargement), Fenugreek, Black Cohosh, which are quoted as to causing breast growth, but like anything you have to do research.

A one stage the I was on Testosterone replacement therapy,(about5 years) which caused gynecomastia.

Do not know about the sterility problem -( had a vasectomy about 40 years ago )

what you ask in the OP, is one of those things that everyone is different,

some people you read about, get on hormones and loose alot of function and do go sterile,

and others who are on the stuff, and still get someone preggers,

then you have those who dont have nutz no more, and are very content;)

do all the reading you can, and make your decision, if you are really trans minded, the sterile part will be a non issue

Do you mean sterility or impotence? I'm on estrogen for breast development, and it has only slightly affected my arousal and response, but as a gay male who's not interested in fathering children, I can't say anything about sterility. I agree with what others have said about about sperm banking. The only way to have breasts without any possibilty of it affecting your potency or fertility would be implants.
