Question about Siterone(anti-androgen)

Post by vzballa33 (imported) »

Hello all, I've been following the forum for some time, but just reading, never commenting. I would hope though that someone comments on mine. I am a bi male, who has an intense desire to lower my testosterone and stop my erections and maybe have some sort of feminizing effects. I am 22 years old. I bought Siterone from an online store about a month ago and have not taken it yet, but took 100mg yesterday and think I will keep that up. I am wondering for my age, if the effects will be great, or if testosterone has already ravaged my body. I also want to know if it will be hard to get an erection and if all my morning wood will be gone. If anyone can let me know their experience or would like to chat just let me know, because I am interested in finding other people going through the same thing. I am hoping that I can stop my erections, and have my balls shrink.

I look forward to hearing from you all,

Thank you very much,

Vince

Welcome to the Zoo :).

First of all what are your longterm goals?

As for comments...

One thing - if you decided to start using siterone, you need to take it regularly and do not change the dose abruptly (same goes for abrupt stop).

Morning woods usually disappear or become rare and softer. Erections - that depends, in my case I could get erect with stimulation, but spontaneous erections were gone.

Feminising effects - YMMV.

Dosage - that is correct, after some time (month or so), you can probably try to lower the dose.

And one more thing - if you take it longer than 6 months, effects can be irreversible. And even if you take it for a short time, you still take some time to recover.

Best of luck.

Thank you so much for responding! I was hoping I would get someone to respond. I'm not so sure about my long term goals. I know I have been questioning my gender since puberty and as a freshman in college I took some estrogen and spironolactone, to change. I took it on and off for about 7 months, maybe 4 months straight at one time. I stopped because I was scared the effects were starting to become permenent. That was when I was 18/19...I've been off of everything since then and I am 22 right now. I really enjoyed the effects but was scared of what I was becoming because no one else knew about me. I kept everything quiet, and still have. I just don't want to be outcast. Before I took the hormones at 18, I only had to shave my face like once a month, and same thing while taking them, but my facial hair never grew fully. Then once I stopped, a year or so after I was shaving almost once a week. I hate it! I don't think I am supposed to be a girl, but I have a huge fantasy of becoming one. I think for my life, I just want to be less manly and not have to deal with the effects of my penis always being hard when I dont want it to be. I have a girlfriend whom I love so much, and have told her all my dark secrets. She is okay with me being less manly and being kinda feminine, but she draws the line at me taking the hormones. But I can't take it anymore, and since I bought the hormones, I figure I might as well take them, they are quite expensive. Anyway, so thats my problem...I figure for now I'll just take them till I run out, and maybe order some more, and just do a 6 month run on them, and see how I feel....Let me know what you think...thank you again soo much! I hope to hear from you again!

It is a simple as this. Your girlfriend likes your less-aggressive and feminine side. It is a plus for her because it makes you more sensitive to her. However, she likes what that does to you sexually, too.

You take those hormones without her knowledge, (notice, I said knowledge, not consent) and you will lose her for sure. You may even lose her if she knows. Does she know you have the hormones?

If you want to keep her, and you really love her, you had better be honest with her and you had better think long and hard about this before you do it.

IT you problem is shaving you face and an occasional out of place erection, maybe you ought to get some electrolysis, laser or professional waxing and learn to masturbate more often...

...just my opinion...

Thank you for responding. I know I would probably lose her, she doesn't want me on the hormones at all, but I have them and I want to take them... I have been masterbating almost everyday, and I hate it. I feel like a damn slave to my penis, and it runs my mind sometimes. I just want that edge off, and the past 2 days of taking the pills, I feel like that edge is gone. Its great...I'm not going to be on them for too long, just till they run out. I dunno, I just wish I could have better control without the hormones, and not feel the incessent need to jerk off everyday.

Thanks again!

Hello and welcome :)

You definitely are not alone here. Lots of us have similar desires. If you were to take anything, I would recommend just the Androcur at this point. I would not take E until you are more certain of where you want to go. The effects of E will be much stronger and less reversible.

Everyone is different, but at 22 even just the lack of T will likely make significant changes to your body.

It will become progressively harder to get erections. The first to go will be spontaneous erections. You will probably be able to stimulate an erection for some time, but it will take more effort. Eventually it will become extremely difficult to even stimulate an erection (at one point it was taking me about an hour to stimulate anything decent). Morning wood will become softer and soon non-existent. Libido is usually the last thing to go.

You will most likely have to make a decision between your relationship and your desires. It is understandable that your girlfriend would want to date someone with T in his system. You never know though; sometimes love is strong enough to overcome something as drastic as this, so don't give up :)

I honestly enjoy hearing about the effects that will happen to me, and you detailed them pretty well. Thank you for that...I know everyone is different, but is there any chance you can give me a timeline of when the things you were saying will happen? if not its fine...thank you again so much!

Personal experience. Not a recommendation.

I took Siterone. 150mg a day for a month.

Month 2; 100mg/day

Month 3-6: 50mg/ day

If you have a high testosterone level you might need to take 150 for a longer period of time.

You will know when it is working.

Erections will become difficult to achieve. Then almost impossible.

Sexual tension and frustration will fade away.

When this happens, reduce the dose to maintenance level, 50mg/day.

If sexual urge reappear, increase to 100/day but not permanently.

Goal is to use minimum amount necessary to maintain low libido.

And as mentioned NEVER just stop taking it.

If you decide it's not for you always wean off the drug slowly by reducing a high dost by 50mg over at least 2 week periods.

Personally I thought loss of sex drive and inability to get an erection would be horrible and scary.

Personally when it happened it was wonderful and I had no regrets. It is odd to think that being without a sex drive would feel good, but it did. It was like "Plop Plop, Fizz Fizz...............oh what a relief it is".
