Self or DIY Castration

Every now and then we see in the news someone who has taken the plunge and with varying dgrees of success hacked of their own balls.
There are many posts warning of the risks of infection, bleeding and death.
Nevertheless, there are still those who for whatever reason will either be mad enough, brave enough or desperate enough to do it.
I have been popping in and outof EA for years, with a long history of testicular pain and not found a way to have it removed.
Also having been a user of Androcaur and feminising hormones for years, on and off.
I am back on Androcaur again........ The Androcaur does lower the pain i suffer from.
My mind is constantly drawn to having both testicles removed, the healthy one and the unhealthy one.
Having read lots of posts and looked at lots of medical pictures and stuff, I reckon I could do it myself and get around all the risks of infection and more importantly bleeding.
Now, I know many sage members here will issue dire warnings etc. and they are of course right. Cut your nuts off wrong and you can die, so you lose not only the balls but your life.
All that said, would it not be useful to have a discussion about how to do it and minimise risk?
In mymind the only safe way to do it is by surgery, forget all the bands and burdizzos. Any ideas anyone?

Dear Jcat,
Just don't do this. DIY methods are very rarely succesfull and almost never without serious complication.
Real disasters did happen. You don't want to undergo this.
Take care.
Vesal.

Vesal, that is my point, there are a lot of desperate people out here and without proper information disaster strikes.
We are going to do it anyway or at least i am pretty sure I will.
I circumcised myself years ago, no infections or issues. Now I know that Castration is a lot more complicated, but......
It is no good saying 'Don't' to the determined or demented. Far better to make sure that as much information as possible is available to do it as safely as possible.
Yes/No ?
I think this needs discussion.

As a starting point, maybe you should read the posts of the eunuchs on here who have indeed castrated themselves and live to tell the tale:
http://www.eunuch.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=10216
http://www.eunuch.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=16830
IEUNUCH also successfully castrated himself and wrote up a description somewhere on one of his posts, you might ask him

Thanks Milkman,
Both those testimonials and many others are clear examples of how not to do it.
If you cut your scrotum open and just start to hack away at the cords, it is inevitable that you will bleed a lot and possibly die, equally if you don't tie the cords off properly and leave a drain in, the scrotum is likely to swell up with blood and any infection will stay in there.
Personally, I am not deterred by these 'mishaps' and for this reason I wanted to get a thread going to discuss it.
I am almost certain to be going ahead, at this point I am in the planning stages and I will video the whole thing and document the procedure.
My point here is that no matter how dire the warnings of the dangers ahead, there are those of us who will pursue this and I believe it would be good to document a process of doing it properly.
For me, the biggest issue is anesthesia, I have no way of getting any and so the first big issue is my threshold of pain. If you cant's numb the area you have to be very very brave and stoic.
Mentally I think I can cope.
It is with this level of determination that I will proceed.
So, ignoring all the dire warnings of 'don't do it!'.
How do you get around all the hazards and dangers and survive?
This is what I am pursuing.
Issues in my mind to overcome:-
Pain
Bleeding
Shaking of hands
Infection control
Stiching
Ligatures
Passing out
Recovery
Once I am happy that I have all the above covered, I will make the decision to go ahead or give up.
In the meantime, I hope that there are others out there who will be helped by this and that they will make the right choice.

How very true that the only safe way to be castrated is by a doctor, but as was said there are those desperate enough and mad enough to do it themselfs.
So yes it would be a good idea if there was informtion on how they could do it themselfs, and to do it in a safe manner and not end up bleeding to death, mabe there is good cause to have that informtion on hand, after all better safe than sorry.

Ultimately some of us will take it upon ourselves, we might be swayed at the last minute, or our courage may fail, but we are determined, at least for now.
Without wanting to cause offense to the forum and rock the boat, I think a resource of help on the diy surgery approach would be a great help to many.
With a DIY manual at least we have a better chance of not bleeding to death or getting gangrene (which would do the job!).
If I am out of line then let me know.

Any DIY job should include a plan to go to the hospital ER immediately!!

If the research and planning are done properly, then no hospital will be required.
I am certainly notgoing to leave room for error.

There will be no such manual posted here, ever. We do not accept liability for people doing stupid things, and we will not facilitate those stupid things.
