Has anyone found that after being on antiandrogens or DHT blockers that erections are painful. I have found that the lower shaft doesn't seem to expand anymore and when I'm turned on I can feel a strong discomfort- almost a pinching in that area- and then my weak erection subsides and I'm back to being soft again. Also, is it normal for the testicles to feel enlarged and a bit painful or heavy. Does this occur prior to atrophy?

Painful erections are common with anti-androgen and/or estrogen administration.

I can no longer getany sort of errection at all,i have been on cyproterone for over three years, and stopped getting any sort of errection shortly after stating on the medication.

And i stopped any sort of sperm production within a few weeks,so i dont get any pain but then again, i dont get any sort of errection.

I was on M-F hormones and Spiro during doctors care. I was transitioning nicely. Part of the process is you need to be divorced to get srs. Not good financially for me, basically bankruptted me. So I needed to stop hormones abruptly, my libido came back too fast, as did erections and my urethra tore. I had trouble passing the internal skin for 2 or 3 days and had bloody discharge. Not good but healed quickly.
