I would like to know if there are any side effects of taking Sildenafil/viagra/Cialis/levitra 2 or 3 times a week? I have taken a 100 mg Viagra for as many as 30 consecutive days. The worst side effect for me has been stomach upset. It can affect one's blood pressure which could cause fainting. The most comon (and cheap) yet effective to a great deal, is called damiana of california. You can find it in herb stores. Its rather easy to use. To use it simply put some in boilin water, (as if you were making tea). when its cold, you drink it. It tastes a bit bitter, but it doesnot tastes that bad.please note that you SHOULD NOT add sugar (in any form) as it will nullify the effect of the plant. Its a rather safe to use plant, with some nice, long lasting effects.

The effects will be noticeable fter 2-3 days of taking it. The first effects are a rise (and quite strong) in libido and your erections will be harder and will get stronger. after a week, you will be needing to jerk off or having sex more. this effect is quite dose-dependant and lasts quite a lot of time. the last effect you may be able to notice is increase physical condition and increased resistance to tiredness.

you may be able to focus better, yet will have a handful of energy.

I personally recomend tea because it absorbs rather fast in the body and the effect is quite fast too, rather than pills or drops. one of the drawbacks is the taste, as it tastes bitter and the other is the diuretic effect that it has.
