Shemales - Transgender

Post by billie_tv (imported) »

I was wondering if anyone knew or knew where I could find out what medications transgenders in the adult film industry take to feminize and soften their features, and also feminize their penis and testicles. (I've read different articles, but I'm not sure what is true or what works best.) I want to do the same- maybe not to the same extent, but I definitely want smaller, softer erections. And I don't know if it's a blood flow change, but personally I'd like to shrink enough to have my foreskin completely cover my glans, even when semi-firm. - I know, strange wish list- walking a fine line. I also would like to have more watery semen, like a shemale. Thx. B

For most it's the usual mix of estrogen and androgen blockers, (most commonly Spiro in the US,) that most of us TSs take. Plus, of course massive doses of Viagra or its kin, for the actual filming. Some decrease or drop the blockers in order to preserve male functionality longer, (both in porn and escorting you can make a lot more money if you possess functional male bits. Girls sometimes postpone SRS to maintain their income) For the same reason there are a few who try to do it all with plastic surgery, but you have to be pretty and feminine to start with for that to work. But most of the performers you see have had at least implants.

Under the influence of estrogen, eventually the penis will begin to shrink, often at the tip before the base of the shaft, which can cause the penis to appear more conical than tubular.

I think that especially the girls in the industry are not interested in shrinking/feminizing their penis. That makes no sense at all when you are expected to perform as one can see in most porn flics.

Interesting. I've noticed that a lot of these trannys in porn have those little cock heads..I thought it might have something to do with hormones...

Wouldn't it just be a lot easier on the body to just get castrated and, if desired, take T to the extent wanted? Then, perhaps she could lower her female hormone intake...and stop the anti-T stuff? Gotta be a lot healthier, I would think...and effective too...Any responses? dragonfly (crossdresser)

I hate to point this out but I'm pretty sure that the prettiest T-girls have been taking hormones since their teens when their bodies are more receptive to changes by estrogen. It's probably not realistic if you are trying to get the same look if you are transitioning in your 40s or 50s.

Cēterīs paribus (all else being equal), younger is prettier, (many of the models you see in Vogue and Elle are 13-15, and for most, their career is over by 30.) But, as anyone who has compared the people on TV with their real life counterparts can tell you, Ceteris is not always paribus. I have known a number of lucky TSs, usually thin and small boned, who transitioned later in life, and ended up as truly beautiful women. A couple I know worked as escorts well into their forties. Quie a few of the actresses in the early days of trans porn transitioned later in life.

Thanks everyone. I do know that a lot of the working Transsexuals in the adult films cycle a bit with the hormones or antiandrogens so as not to lose function, though the prettiest ones seem to have very small genitals- that being they started earlier, and the earlier the better for feminization. I have read that a lot has to do with each individual's own response to feminizing therapy- bone structure as well. I've taken only two different DHT blockers but don't know about actually trying a small amount of Estrogen to see if it's right for me. Currently, it's like I don't know my place in the world. I have the body of a man but I think- at least I feel- that I think more like a woman. I do believe that reducing the amount of DHT (dihydrotesosterone) has a direct effect on the penis and testicles in many individuals. It reduces the size of the prostate and, for me, contrary to producing less semen I produced much more, but it was clear, watery, and tasteless. Eww for some. Ha ha. There is another gland besides the prostate, the cowper's gland that I think took over from the atrophied prostate. Maybe for me to just be more androgynous will be enough. Still I want to have a penis like a shemale. One that is still soft when she's 'hard' and a foreskin that covers the end.

So what would be the best way to start to feminize...would it be to just take estrogen orally, or use the creams available or i have been reading about having the spermatic cords broken

The best way is to stop T production and take estrodiol injections. Best done through a doctor but I do know those that have done it on their own through somewhere like inhousepharmacy.com.

Doctors have told me that injectable, oral and trans dermal all work equally well; anecdotally TS rate their effectiveness in that order w/ injectable the most effective. That said I have known women who have had effects through all three methods. And orals are usually easier to come by. You can also have some feminization w/out taking blockers, though getting rid of facial hair is quite a bit harder, but it is believed you keep your male potency and size longer.
