Thats easy, get a chastity cage (google CB-6000) which will prevent erections and ejaculations until he decides you can. A few things to note before you try this:

1. If you cannot find Sudafed, look for nasal decongestants. Just make sure there is no other active ingredients besides pseudoephedrine. Many cold medicines also contain pseudoephedrine but it is combined with medicines to stop runny nose, which would make you very sleepy. You won't be much fun if you're snoring away during sex.

2. If you have a heart condition, then this should be avoided as it tends to increase your heart rate. Even if you don't have a heart condition, don't get carried away popping above the recommended dosage for decongestant.

3. Pseudoephedrine alone keeps you awake at night. So if you need a good night sleep, don't take it just before bedtime.

Are you insane? Actually, most people here seem to be insane, but this is some of the worst advice I've seen yet.

Taking pseudoephedrine in high enough doses to stop erections may not even work short term, this effect does not happen to everyone, and doing it long term is certainly a path to suicide. You'll end up a strung out speed freak or die from a heart attack.

Not only that, it's not non-chemical.... jeez louise.

The chastity belt thing may work, but keep in mind even those devices have limitations. Some people are still able to ejaculate while wearing even custom fitted devices (I was).

Best thing I have found is just wear tight underwear and don't take out your cock. You'll still get erections but it's very difficult to ejaculate, and there isn't any pain involved like a chastity belt causes in the morning. If you want to do anal play, you could cut a hole in the back of underwear... or maybe put in a zipper. Some adult store is bound to even make something like that.

You could also try jelqing, often people end up with some temporary numbness or damage. Was too time consuming for me and I couldn't do enough damage.
