Other methods besides Siterone

Are there any other methods to drop T besides siterone without increasing estrogen? I don't want gynecomastia and was unable to tolerate Nolvadex. I'm very sensitive to gyno. Thanks

I would think that you'd need an aromatase-inhibitor pill to control that, regardless of whichever T-reducer you choose.
