The prostate and you

Post by Erotica698 (imported) »

Hello! This is my first thread and it's a bit probing. I am very interested in castration and complete nullification for myself and for others. I apologize if this comes off as blunt but I am just gathering information and looking for answers.

I was discussing castration with some people and the question about the prostate came up. I have read previous that even with the complete removal of the testicles and the penis some pleasure can just be found from prostate massage. Either through anal sex or fingers or a vibrator of however else. Is that true? Does anyone have any experience? Obviously orgasm wouldn't happen but it would be a pleasant sensation?

If so what happens to the build up of fluids in the prostate?

"The function of the prostate is to store and secrete a slightly alkaline (pH 7.29) fluid, milky or white in appearance,[5] that usually constitutes 25-30% of the volume of the semen along with spermatozoa and seminal vesicle fluid. ... The prostatic fluid is expelled in the first ejaculate fractions together with most of the spermatozoa."

Thank you to anyone who answers my questions.

I know that the prostate will usually shrink after castration because of the lack of Testosterone, but as for your question I am the wrong person to answer that.

We are here to answer your questions as someone will most likely have an answer for you.

Prostate stimulation is very satisfying and easy to learn.

Not as good as normal orgasm but it could be a "substitute".

I think the question would be how often would a eunuch

require or desire a prostate massage. We would need

them to comment.

Hello,

I am not a eunuch, but have an enlarged prostate, since I am a male over 50 years of age. Now, at 65 y/o, my prostate, still enlarged but not malignant, is small, according to the Urologist, and I seldom have any ejaculations. What may be happening is a retrograde ejaculation where the semen goes into my bladder rather than out my penis. But, I've tried to stimulate the prostate and still can't have an orgasm. My prostate seems to be "non-sexual" now since it doesn't feel good when touched.

I hope you can find the answers you are seeking.

I have never been able to achieve orgasm through prostate massage. I get almost there..... but no luck. So I wouldn't rely solely on that!

I think your best option is to have a close look at the anatomy of the area and the functions of the testicles.

In fact the prostate generates the bulk of the seminal fluid (the milky component) while testicles generate the spermatic fluid which is clear and much less in volume than the prostate contribution. These products are combined and stored in the seminal vesicles adjacent ot the prostate. This system is not damaged by castration per se except that the contibution of spermatic fluid is removed.

The seminal vesicles will still function and produce ejaculation of whatever fluid is in them. This may be affected by the bodily changes that occur with the removal of the testicles which may cause some atrophy of the prostate due to low testosterone levels but is more likely to be affected by lowered libido caused by the lack of T.

So my answer is that:

1. If you maintain your T levels through HRT after castration you are likely to maintain your ejaculation capacity and;

2. If you do not, the lack of libido will result in the prostate and vesicles not being exercised, in which case they may well atrophy and cease to function also.

This is not based on great experience apart from the fact that at my stage in life I have no prostate and essentially non functional atrophied balls. Interestingly enough, I have retained a somewhat embarrassing ejaculatory capacity called climacturia which means that a quantity of urine is ejected from the bladder in place of the semen from the removed seminal vesicles, sometimes violently and in some quantity.

As a consolation prize, in most cases, if you retain sufficient libido, a climax, albeit a dry one, is always possible, indicating that the climax function is all controlled by the brain at the end of the day.

The prostate shrinks in size and so soes the seminal vessels when one is castrated. When castrated unless on Male Hormones, it will not produce the body bluids used with seaman in the ejaculate when cumming. You may feel stimulation from an anal probe since the prostate is connected to the bladder and urethra you may experience some fluid discharges after stinmulation, but not much. Prostate and Testicles make up the fluids for seaman, even after my vasectomy I can cum in big loads of I don't beat off for a few days, white milky loads. When I get cut, it will just be white kind of fluid cumming out.

This is true.

Lack of T is the most likely reason for atrophy, although lowered libido will have a small contribution.

Men who do not ejaculate for long periods of time (not due to low T) have been known to have prostates that are on the small side of normal, but not complete atrophy

During my last physical exam, but female doc, even though she knows I'm castrated decided to do a prostate exam. It's standard policy for a man of my age. She had a hard time finding it and stated that it's "little." Not small, little, I found that amusing. She said it's from being castrated, I said, "Yeah, I know." Then, out of curiosity I think, she asked about my ability to achieve (her word) an erection. I told her sometimes I wake up with a weak erection. That was the extent of the conversation. She was the doctor who said, "I tend to agree with you," when I told her that the world would be a lot safer if more men were castrated. I wish she would open up more and talk to me about what it's like being a eunuch. I know she's curious, but is afraid to talk with me about it.
