Worldwide laws on castration, penectomy and nullification of sons

Are there any countries where it is legal for parents to have their sons castrated, penectomized or nullified for non-medical reasons? I suspect that there are not but I want to be sure.

I shouldn't have even dignified this thought with this long of a response. Castrating a male should happen *ONLY* because the guy receiving it wants it to happen.

Quite a long time ago I've read about an australian mother who had her son made into a girl because she wanted a doughter. I don't remember the circumstances, but the newspaper article didn't mention a medical reason. Maybe this was a case of ambigious genitalia / intersexualism.

I do not have any sons. If I did I would not mutilate them. I would not even circumcise them.

I do not think that would be legal in any country. Rather think to countries where is not illegal, countries with virtually no social and legal systems (warfare zones in Africa, arab tribal areas)...
