Hi I have been on siterone for over a year and a half and estrofem. I have nice small tits and a more fem figure but it seems like its not efective enough. I'm not sure about getting rid of my balls all together but want to fem alot more. I think my body is trying to fight the changes. Can anyone suggest a better way/drug to use to cem castrate and fem?

You might consider adding a monthly shot of Depo-Provera. As many others have noted, each person reacts differently to these drugs.

What dose are you taking of the drugs?

One way to really know if the drugs are working is a blood test. You can not go on feelings alone. Just because you think you are shut down does not mean you are. Remember the dose for one person is not always for another.

As mentioned above, it can be complicated and therefore results can vary.

For example, you can stop production of testosterone, or block the reception of testosterone, and you can add estrogen. It sounds like you are MTF so ideally you do all three. Even then, your body may be sensitive or not.

Like also suggested above, ideally your hormone levels are monitored. However, I realize that a lot of MTF attempts are done without a lot of doctor supervision. But if you're serious about this, and haven't already, please do it properly -- get psych approval and proper doctor supporting it. Then you don't really have to come here for advice and more importantly they can check other things like bone density, liver function, and other blood related issues that can arise with HRT.

I might try and get to the doctors to see if I can chat to them about where to go next with this. It might seem a simple solution but I think I need to find out how far I want to go with feminisation and what drugs to use.
