Just wrote, suggesting a Google search on "how to convert a VOB file to a WMV file?" There are pages of conversion programs and suggestions.

Have you tried VLC Media Player ( www.videolan.org ) ?

It is mainly used to play Videos. But it can also convert them into a different type. Not sure if it can handle .VOBs...
