Damn, if anyone needed to be castrated it is this guy... Maybe it is just saline, that goes away eventually...

I think this guy did get them removed later. They were silicone (or saline) implants. He did get fully castrated. I remember seeing videos elsewhere of the operation. Basically, as you can imagine, they just got to be too troublesome.
I actually have had severe hydroceles before where my testicles became larger than grapefruits. Really, no exaggeration. It was fun for a while, but had to have them drained and operated on. For a while I would just go to my doctor once a month and he'd drain them by putting in a syringe and then just draining it into a bucket. They are caused when fluid from your body cavity leaks down into the scrotum. Anyway, a lot of those pictures you see of guys in third world whose testicles are so large that they have to be carried in a wheelbarrow or that they can sit on them are actually due to hydroceles (even though they are often annotated as elephantitis, which creates a lumpiness rather than fluid-filled balloon-like situation).

Hi,
The guy in the shower scene is Greg, who's injected a lot of silicone into his genitals over many years. As of last week he still has them (and a little bigger than when that video was done. He can live with them because he's retired and lives on a farm.

Does he ever go to town to do his shopping? There's no hiding those things.
I guess if you live on a farm and you're retired, you can get away with being nude all the time and carrying that weighty basketball around.
