This is an interesting story. I think there should be a sequel in which the protagonist uses his Touch power to find out who is responsible for the boys' castrations. He should make them cut off their penises, put them down the garbage disposal, and then call 911. I think it would be a suitable punishment.

I agree. It was an interesting story. AND I agree that the Touching Gift should be used to punish those who did the dastardly deed to the boys.

Maybe, after he punishes the ones who hurt the boys, he can go on a vendetta against all gay haters. He could make all the men who carry signs saying, "God hates fags." cut off their penises. He could make gay bashers nullify themselves.
