What type of surgeon would I see about a penis reduction surgery? I want my penis size reduced from 6" to 4" erect for cosmetic and well personal reasons. I've heard of phalloplasty where the penis is enlarged but not where the size is reduce. Can anybody give me an idea of where to look for a surgeon? Thanks!

Since my orchi ive gone from around 5inches to about 3, kind of difficult to get it hard, estrogen might be helping that aswell lol...

Since my orchi, mine has shrunk to slightly less than 4 in hard (from a 6.25 hard) and from 3.5 soft to 2. Would not mind it shrinking some more. But since it has only been 4.5 yrs, maybe a few more years will see the shrinkage.

yeah, this is the most easy and automatical way of reduction, or to remove your penis head. in the net you can see some horny pics of this modding and it should be no great thing and easy with healing.

Theoretically penis reduction should be simple. But annoyingly, while surgeons are happy to attempt enlargement (which is actually botched quite often with lumpiness and curvature) and with women to reduce labia and breasts, it is not considered "sane" to want penis reduction.

One thing you could try is to actually get an enlargement/lengthening procedure but not follow the stretching instructions during healing. Instead of hanging weights on the penis during healing you could tuck it up inside. There are lots of accounts of guys whose penis length got smaller due to not following the stretching for enlargement procedure.

BEWARE!

If you create non elastic, scar tissue where stuff is suppose to

stretch, bend and otherwise be 'elastic',

one may just end up with a very painful situation.

Scar tissue has lots of nerve endings, Nature's reminder of a wound.

I will search, I'm sure I'll eventually find a surgeon. I'd like to keep my testicles. A professional plastic surgeon definitely is the only way to go for me. I've decided I want to have an erect length of 98 mm (3.8 inches) and a 100 mm (3.9 inch) erect girth. I just prefer a smaller penis and have come to the conclusion this is what I want.

I used to want castration when I was younger but have since changed my mind on that. A penis reduction is sort of a compromise with myself. It's emasculating enough knowing most guys out there would have much larger penises. And that with girls I dated I'd more then likely be the guy with the smallest penis they'd dated.

There is no known surgery at this time to shrink your penis to a particular size. SRS can remove the erectile portion of your penis leaving just the head. The only way I know to get the results you want is to chemically castrate yourself until you get the desired effect. Good luck.
