Now this was a different read. I completely forgot my interest in the character at the end... when I was a little kid, at different points, I was infatuated with Peter Pan, Astroboy, and/or a cubscout character in a magazine my parents got me. This story brought one of those interests back in a rush.

Short, sweet, no sugar-coating, straight-up story writing. Well done, and I for one will be watching for your name in the New Stories section in the future.
