Had a blood test for Testosterone done but it came back as a measurement called arbitrary substance concentration (arb.subst.c).

It was measured at 0.75 arb.subst.c

Does anybody have any idea what this means and if there any reference ranges I could use?

Looks like it is a method of measuring many blood properties. It covers medicine and disease.

This looks like the manual or document. arbitrary substance concentration

http://www.iupac.org/publications/pac/2 ... huus_1.pdf

The phrase arb.subst.c Is all over the document. There must be more on the report that defines just what is the test.
