He would turn water into wine and sit the minister and others involved in the exorcism and explain to them how they have totally fucked up his message to love one another.

It is sad, even frightening to know, that there are educated, seemingly intelligent men and women who really believe in this hocus pocus bullshit. It is sad, and actually frightening to see men and women of power and responsibility acting like they really believe in this stuff, and it is just sad to see the multitude of poor and ignorant people who believe in it all.

The truth is, they really believe in "this stuff".

For Human nature it is normal to believe in something.

At the same time beliefs are strong, very strong forces.

Also it is very human to explain complex or unexplainable things in simplistic ways. Thats because explanation is needed for human mind. Otherways you can't live on peacefully

Hallelujah Jee-zuss! Of course people believe. Suicide bombers believe. Religious rioters the world over believe. The beliefs are just scrip for what holds them together: their families and communities. Believers gain a shared moral dignity that compensates them for being poor - why belief prevails among the poor, lowly, and uneducated. "I may be just a shit-kicker, but the Lord is with me!" Don't underestimate the power of that. Belief gives people license to do what they otherwise couldn't - kill, rape, and rob for the Lord.

The kid probably got caught doing something, and asked for the "exorcism" to escape punishment. Exorcism lets him show people how committed he is to the community's values, despite what he did.

Of course, the camera didn't follow him into the back room, where the minister completed the exorcism by sucking the demons out of the boy's cock. That part of the ritual is for initiates only.

Having done his time in Hell that poor child has earned his place in Heaven.
